# FlexiPass Integration

### Phase 1 – Standard 33 Lock Hardware & Software Setup

Before connectingthe locks to FlexiPass, all 33 Lock hardware must be installed, connected, and configured within the 33 Lock ecosystem.

#### **Step 1 – Complete Initial 33 Lock Set-up**

1. Review our getting started guide [here](https://help.33lock.com/how-to-get-started-with-33-lock-and-ttlock?hsLang=en-us)
2. <https://help.33lock.com/how-to-get-started-with-33-lock-and-ttlock?hsLang=en-us>Download and [sign up](https://help.33lock.com/ttlock-account-registration?hsLang=en-us) with the free TTLock App.
3. Install the 33 Smart Lock according to the standard installation procedure by following the product specific user manuals [here](https://help.33lock.com/installation#main-content). 
     1. Ensure each lock powers on properly, the handle, latch and bolt operate smoothly and the lock can be locked and unlocked.
     2. [Add the lock](https://help.33lock.com/how-do-i-add-locks-to-the-ttlock-platform?hsLang=en-us) to TTLock App
4. Connect and add the gateway by following steps [here](https://help.33lock.com/adding-gateways-to-ttlock-app?hsLang=en-us).

#### **Step 2 – Configure the Lock settings**

1. [Initializing your lock settings](https://help.33lock.com/initializing-lock-settings?hsLang=en-us) 
     1. Make sure the “[Remote Unlock](https://help.33lock.com/remote-unlock?hsLang=en-us)” feature is enabled so the integration functions correctly.

 

### Phase 2 – Hand-Off for FlexiPass Integration

Once the 33 Lock setup has been completed, proceed with the FlexiPass integration process.

Reach out to your FlexiPass representative and provide them with your TTLock account email and password. The FlexiPass team will complete the account linking process and proceed with the remaining integration setup on their end.
