Deleting Gateways

  • Download the TTLock application on Android or iOS devices

  • Can only be performed by the lock administrator

  • Must be next to the hardware with Bluetooth enabled on your mobile device

Steps to delete a gateway to the TTLock App:

  1. Log into the app and tap the Menu icon, then select “Gateway”

  2. Select the gateway you want to delete, then tap “Delete”. You will be prompted to confirm
