Required Network Access for WiFi Gateways

The TTLock Gateway requires outbound internet access on the following ports:

• 2999
• 4999
• 9999

Ensure these ports are open and not restricted by firewall rules.

Firewall Configuration

• Firewalls must allow outbound traffic
• No inbound port forwarding is required
  
  

IP Addressing

The network must:

• Support dynamic IP assignment (DHCP)
• Have sufficient available IP addresses
• Avoid conflicts between static and dynamic IPs
  
  

Network Limits

• Ensure the network has not reached its maximum number of connected devices
  
  

MAC Address Filtering

If MAC address filtering is enabled on the router, the gateway’s MAC address must be whitelisted
