Returns
The purchaser may return 33 Lock Inc. products for a full refund within 14 days of
delivery, provided it meets the certain conditions defined. For complete details regarding returns, limitations, and applicable conditions, please review our Terms & Conditions.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, including but not limited to:
- The product is in original condition, undamaged, and free of scratches or
marks. - The product is returned in its original packaging, with all manuals and
accessories included. - The product has not been installed or used.
- Proof of purchase provided (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Products returned after the 14-day return period.
- Products that have been installed or used.
- Products showing signs of damage, misuse, or installation
Return Process
If you would like to request a return, please contact our support team at support@33lock.com with your order details and reason for the return request. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved:
- Our team will provide return instructions
- Customers may be required to provide photos or additional information
- Approved returns must be shipped to the designated return location with trackable service
- Returned items will be inspected upon receipt
Refunds and Restocking
Approved refunds, credits, or exchanges are subject to inspection and may be subject to restocking fees where applicable.
Shipping costs are generally non refundable unless otherwise specified or approved by 33 Lock. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
