Updating Lock Firmware

❗This requires a registered TTLock account

  • Download the TTLock application on Android or iOS devices
  • Access the TTLock Web System on desktop here

❗Must be next to the hardware with Bluetooth enabled on your mobile device

Steps to update lock firmware

  1. Select the lock you want to update firmware on, then tap “Settings”.

  2. Tap on “Firmware Update”, then tap on “Check for UPDATE”.

  3. If an update is available, the new firmware version will be displayed in blue. Tap “Update”, and wait for the firmware update to load, and once complete, you will see a screen that indicates “Success”.

❗This process will take 30-60 seconds, and you must remain in proximity of the lock. If there is an error, you can try again, and the firmware will install on the lock.

❗During the update, keep the application open on the lock update page.
