33 Lock <> Lynx Integration
Phase 1 – Standard 33 Lock Hardware & Software Setup
Before connecting to Lynx, all 33 Lock hardware must be installed, connected, and configured within the 33 Lock ecosystem.
Step 1 – Complete Initial 33 Lock Set-up

Download and sign up with the free TTLock App.
- Install the 33 Smart Lock according to the standard installation procedure by following the product specific user manuals here.
- Ensure each lock powers on properly, the handle, latch and bolt operate smoothly and the lock can be locked and unlocked.
- Add the lock to TTLock App
- Connect and add the gateway by following steps here.
Step 2 – Configure the Lock settings
- Initializing your lock settings
- Make sure the “Remote Unlock” feature is enabled so the integration functions correctly.
Phase 2 – Hand-Off for Lynx Integration
Once the 33 Lock setup has been completed, proceed with the Lynx integration process by referring to their Help Docs here.
Step 1 – Adding New Integration on Lynx Dashboard

Navigate to the Integrations tab on your Lynx dashboard.

Click on the Integrations icon.

Click Add Integration.

- Enter the integration details
- Choose " Smart Device(s)" in the Category section while adding integration for an installed device
- Choose the TTLock while selecting "Partner."
- Create an "Integration Name."
- Add username and password.
- The recommendation would be "TTLock" followed by the username, for example, "TTlock+username@getlynx.co"
- Linking Integrations to Group(s). Adding integrations to a Group improves efficiency by enabling bulk settings, automated staff access, and streamlined workflows.
- Click inside the circle against group tabs to select the group settings based on the kind of access you want to give to the integration.
- Click in the "Enter the name of the group" tab if you want to give access to a certain group only. You can select multiple groups. This will restrict access to the integration from all groups except the selected ones.
- Click in the circle against the "Shared Across all Groups" tab if you want the integration to be added to all groups.(Recommended)

- Authorizing Integration. To connect Lynx with 33 Lock servers, each 33 Lock integration must be authorized so Lynx has permission to access and communicate with the platform.
- After filling in the Category , Partner , Integration name , Username, and Password
- Click on the Add button. If the status shows Authorized, the setup is complete.
- Once completed, you have successfully linked your device.
Step 2 – Add 33 lock to a Lynx property

Navigate to the "Properties" tab.
- Search for the property that you would like to add a lock to.
- Click the "Edit Property" button (pen-and-paper icon) to open the property's settings window.
- In the "Edit Property Details" window, click to expand the "Smart Locks & Devices" section.

Click the "Select New Integration" button to select the device integration account that the lock is connected to.

Note: If you are adding a lock that is connected to an integration that is already added for another device on the property, you can skip this step

Select the integration type and name from the provided drop-down menus, then click "Save".

Click the "Add Smart Lock" button.
- Select/enter the lock details and add the name to the lock, then click the "Save" button to save settings.
- Locks: The name of the lock as it appears in the device account.
- Lock Model: The specific device model of the lock. It is critical to select the correct lock model! Check the device documentation and/or label(s) on the lock to ensure the correct model is selected.
- Lock Display Name/Alias: The name of the lock as you would like it to appear in Lynx, as well as in guest communications. Note that you can edit this field after adding the lock.
