33 Lock <> RemoteLock Integration

Phase 1 – Standard 33 Lock Hardware & Software Setup

Before connecting the locks to RemoteLock, all 33 Lock hardware must be installed, connected, and configured within the 33 Lock ecosystem.

Step 1 – Complete Initial 33 Lock Set-up

  1. Review our getting started guide here.

  2. Download and sign up with the free TTLock App. 

  3. Install the 33 Smart Lock according to the standard installation procedure by following the product specific user manuals here.
    1. Ensure each lock powers on properly, the handle, latch and bolt operate smoothly and the lock can be locked and unlocked.
    2. Add the lock to TTLock App
  4. Connect and add the gateway by following steps here.

Step 2 – Configure the Lock settings

  1. Initializing your lock settings
    1. Make sure the “Remote Unlock” feature is enabled so the integration functions correctly.

 

Phase 2 – Connecting to RemoteLock Integration

Once the 33 Lock setup has been completed, proceed with the RemoteLock integration process by referring to their webpage here and Help Docs here.

For convenience, we’ve also included the relevant integration steps below.

  1. Sign into your RemoteLock Account at connect.remotelock.com. Select the 'Integrations' tab, and choose the TTLock tile. 
  2. Select  " Add Account " and log in using either the email or phone number you used to create your TTLock account and your password.
    1. If using the phone number option you must enter +, the  Country Code and Phone number. If you only use the phone number you will receive an authentication error and be unable to log in. 
    2. If an incorrect email/password is entered, an "Authentication failed" error will display. Press the back button in order to enter the correct login credentials for your TTLock account. 
  3. Once the correct credentials are entered, you will be redirected to import locks:
    1. The locks associated with the TTLock account will display.
    2. Choose the devices you would like to import. 
    3. The lock must be assigned a location. If you receive an error, click the 'Back to RemoteLock Dashboard' link and create a location.
    4. The name of the lock can also be modified on this screen under Custom Name. 
  4. You have now successfully integrated your device! Lock(s) will reflect on your dashboard, and you now have the ability to assign access for Guests and Users.
